What is the use of knowing that “everything is negotiable” if you lack both the skills and confidence? Negotiation expert and host of the popular podcast Negotiate Anything, Kwame Christian, chops it up with me on today’s episode.

Kwame is a business lawyer and the Director of the American Negotiation Institute. In this role, he conducts live negotiation and conflict resolution training sessions for organizations.

We’re talking about the basics of negotiation in a way that you’ll find USEFUL. We go through scenarios that graduating residents will find themselves in with hospitals. Kwame gets surgical with this, and you’ll be fascinated by his ability to handle pretty difficulty situations.
